Every item that I have listed below have one thing in common—they don't have to be exactly as you see them!

I would love to create a special menu for you and for your event. An event can be a busy weeknight when you have to run the kids to a practice an hour after you get in from work, a family gathering for a birthday party, or even a quiet night when you have the house to yourself with that special someone.

I offer refrigerated meals, frozen meals, and I can even have meals hot and ready for you to pick up at my door. My bread is an excellent way to add to your dining experience and my desserts offer an amazing finish.

My services as a personal chef are available as well. I love going into clients’ homes and preparing a meal while they and their friends watch over me. It's an excellent form of entertainment, plus you have no dishes to do at the end of your evening. Contact me for further details about this amazing option.

You may also choose to enjoy your time together without worrying about preparing their meal.

Either way—you'll have no dishes to do at the end of your evening!

I've also been hired in the past for entire weekend events. This option ensures your event goes off without a hitch. Preparing many meals for a group can be daunting and this way; not a thing will slip through any cracks!

As each and every event can be quite different, menu options can be selected from a menu already available or we can work together to ensure a custom experience!

Chicken

Chicken Parmesan

Serves 4
Breaded fillets smothered in tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. I suggest ordering and serving this alongside my fresh fettuccini.

Breasts stuffed with my olive tapenade and provolone cheese. Seared and baked to perfection.

Layers of my fresh pasta with three pounds of ground veal and ground pork blend. Mozzarella cheese is layered in on top of each meat layer with tomato sauce.

Cannelloni

Rolls of my fresh pasta filled with my homemade ricotta cheese blended with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Baked in my tomato sauce. I can add in sautéed mushrooms or spinach too!

Ricotta Cheese

300g
Using Kawartha Dairy milk, I make this fresh cheese. This is a soft cheese that you can bake with or cook into savoury dishes. It's also amazing to add to salads, drizzle with honey or olive oil and simply eat with a spoon!

Whey

1 Litre
This is a by-product of making cheese. It is full of protein and a great addition to a smoothie. Some folks choose to drink it simply poured over ice. It's has a tanginess similar to lemonade.

Fresh Pasta

I can make fresh pasta specifically for what you need. From lasagna sheets to fettuccini and spaghetti to rigatoni, fusilli, or macaroni. Gnocchi is also a favourite of mine to make and available to order!

I offer my pizza dough raw and refrigerated, raw, and frozen or half baked. Each portion makes one, roughly 11" round crust.

While all the menu options listed above are available as hot or refrigerated, most are also available as frozen. The following menu options are specifically designed to be frozen.

These meals are amazing to have in your own freezer for that quick family dinner or for when unexpected guests pop by.

Cakes & Desserts

I use only real butter, oftentimes a lot of it, in all my baking. This really sets me apart from the generic grocery store baking where the ingredients are questionable.

Consider ordering something in a small batch that would be great to have after a meal or to have as an afternoon snack. An order of two dozen cookies or a fruit tart is perfect for this.

For dinner parties, I can offer individual desserts, one for each guest, or a larger item to slice and serve. A chocolate lava cake is an impressive individual dessert that you bake in your oven as you're eating your meal. I have an apple cake that is layers and layers of sliced apples that never ceases to impress when it is sliced at the table.

Most of my special occasion and wedding cakes are special orders. Due to that, I love speaking with clients to discuss flavours, fillings, icings, and of course pricing. To the right is a list of basic prices.

Remember—I can customize anything for you, so this list is only a sample of what I am able to create for your event!

My round cakes are three layers of cake with two layers of filling. My sheet cakes are two layers of cake with one layer of filling. All are iced in my fresh buttercream.

Sponge cakes are best when they have flavoured syrups soaked into them as they are layered with pastry cream fillings. They are iced in whipped cream.

8" round will cut into 12 to 16 portions
10" round will cut into 16 to 20 portions
1/4 sheet will cut into 18 to 20 portions
1/2 sheet will cut into 36 to 40 portions

Sicilian Cannoli

about three inches long
Have you ever tried a Sicilian cannoli? They are little tubes of fried dough filled with a sweetened ricotta cheese flavoured with a touch of lemon and dark chocolate. They are a classic item to put out after a large meal to go along with coffee or an after-dinner drink.

Cheesecake

My cheesecakes are a fluffier style than the traditional New York style. I love combining chocolate into them for a decadent option that sets it above others. I offer a technique where I caramelize the sugars in white chocolate to give it a toasty marshmallow flavour. It's amazing.

Add a 1/2 litre of homemade caramel to pour over top your slices - $9.50

Add a 1/2 litre of fruit compote to freshen up the flavour or choose a liqueur flavour such as Frangelico or Amaretto - $6.00 each

Whole Lemon Crostata

8" round
An Italian-style shortbread base topped with a lemon curd where I've used the entire lemon. This item has a fabulous bitter, tangy lemon flavour that any lemon lover will appreciate.

Biscotti

Six slices
I typically make biscotti with an almond base then add in lemon zest or cocoa. I have options with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and polenta. This is a traditional two or three bite cookie and the texture is less dense than the commercially produced style.

Ginetti

Each cookie
A traditional cookie to see for the Feast of San Guiseppe but I love this cookie all year long. It's the perfect dunking cookie with it's closed U shape. It has a light glaze of lemon icing.

Amaretti, Semolina Cookie, or Polenta Cookie

12 cookies of each or a combination
Amaretti cookies are a round, meringue-style cookie made with ground almonds. Semolina cookies are round, slightly lemon flavoured, and rolled in sugar before baking. Polenta cookies are a diamond-shaped, chewy style cookie, with plump currants in them.
